Replacement and Refund Policy


First: Return Conditions

The customer has the right to request a product return within 7 days from the date of receiving the order, subject to the following conditions:

* The product must be in its original condition and unused.
* The product must be in its original packaging and with all its accessories.
* The purchase invoice or order number must be attached.
* The product must not be among the non-returnable items (such as opened or used products).

 

Second: Exchange Conditions

The customer can request a product exchange within 7 days from the date of receipt in the following cases:

* A manufacturing defect in the product.
* Receiving a product different from the order.
* The product arriving damaged or broken.

 

Third: Non-Returnable or Non-Exchangeable Products

* Products that have been opened or used.
* Custom-made products.
* Perfumes and oud oil after opening (for hygiene and product quality reasons).
* Products purchased as part of special offers (unless there is a defect).

 

Fourth: Return and Exchange Mechanism

1. Contact customer service within the specified period.
2. Provide us with the order number and a photo of the product (if necessary).
3. The request will be reviewed within 2-3 business days.
4. If approved, arrangements will be made for product collection.

 

Fifth: Shipping Fees

* If the error is from the store: The store bears the full shipping fees.
* If the customer wishes to return without cause: The customer bears the shipping fees.

 

Sixth: Refund

* The refund will be processed within 5-7 business days after receiving and inspecting the product.
* The amount will be refunded using the same payment method:
    * Bank transfer
    * Credit card
    * Electronic wallets

 

Seventh: Disclaimer

The store reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange request if the mentioned conditions are not met.
